Shipping And Handling
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order to all UK mainland & Northern Ireland addresses. This is only charged once for each order. Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours. Please allow seven working days for delivery.

Additionally we offer an Express Delivery service for orders placed before midday at a cost of £6.00 per order. A signature will be required for these parcels and will be delivered within two working days.
Please note: we are unable to offer this service for the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.

EU
Our delivery charge to countries within the EU is £5.00 per order. This is only charged once for each order.  Please allow 14 working days for delivery.

Rest of the World
We can also deliver to anywhere in the world – please contact us for a quotation or call 01373 834500.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy. This puts them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
 
If you would like to Edit your Order
Click on the View Shopping Cart button to view and edit the contents of your shopping cart.

We accept credit/debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the U.K. place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post, or over the Internet.

Out of Stock items
If your order contains out of stock items, we will endeavour to send the available items immediately and advise you of expected dates of the out of stock item or contact you to offer an alternative. We will only charge upon despatch, and will only charge once for shipping on each order. If your item is not in stock, we will not charge until we are able to send it to you.

Tax Charges
All prices include 15% VAT where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the EU. For orders originating outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods. For more information, please contact us.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We hope that you will be delighted with your Tractorland goods. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in a sealed, new condition for exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns
You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within seven working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products, except DVDs where the sealed wrapping has been opened. 



To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing - by letter or email. 

We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective.

We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us. 



If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.

This includes your name, postal address and email address and is used and stored securely to help keep you informed about new events, such as new DVDs, toys or special offers. Feedback you give us on the form is used exclusively for our marketing purposes and to help improve our products and services.

Personal information you give us is treated in confidence and will not be passed on to a third party without your consent, except in the circumstances explained below.
